Introduction
CKS Legal, the Chambers of Kapil Sharma, is a litigation and advisory practice based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, established in 2013.
The Chambers appear before the Supreme Court of India, the Rajasthan High Court, and tribunals and regulatory fora including the National Company Law Tribunal, the Debt Recovery Tribunals, the Real Estate Regulatory Authority and the Central Administrative Tribunal.
The practice acts for government bodies, public sector undertakings and private companies, and undertakes pro bono work for the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority.

Kapil Sharma
Founder & Principal Advocate
Kapil Sharma is the Founder and Principal Advocate of CKS Legal, which he established in Jaipur in 2013. His practice covers dispute resolution, commercial arbitration, labour and service matters, and regulatory compliance.
He is a graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai (B.L.S. LL.B.), and holds certifications in Commercial Law from the London School of Economics, in Cyber Laws from the Asian School of Cyber Laws, and in Intellectual Property Rights from the Indian Law Institute.
