Kapil Sharma

Kapil Sharma is the Founder and Principal Advocate of CKS Legal, which he established in Jaipur in 2013. His practice covers dispute resolution, commercial arbitration, labour and service matters, and regulatory compliance.

He is a graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai (B.L.S. LL.B.), and holds certifications in Commercial Law from the London School of Economics, in Cyber Laws from the Asian School of Cyber Laws, and in Intellectual Property Rights from the Indian Law Institute.

He appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Rajasthan High Court, and tribunals including the NCLT, DRT, RERA and CAT, for government bodies, public sector undertakings and private companies.

He has served as Visiting Faculty at the Rajasthan Forestry & Wildlife Training Institute and as a Guest Lecturer at CDTI, and undertakes pro bono work for the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority.
